Situated in the picturesque Karatu District of the Arusha region, Finagro/Edelweiss Coffee Estate thrives at elevations ranging from 1,650 to 1,800 meters above sea level. This prime location, nestled within the lush highlands of Tanzania, provides the perfect microclimate for cultivating exceptional coffee beans, ensuring a unique flavour profile that reflects the terroir of our pristine surroundings.

This lot combines bourbon and Kent varieties, undergoing fermentation in a sealed tank with a citric acid solution to enhance sensory and flavour profiles compared to regular anaerobic methods. Fermentation is carefully monitored until the pH reaches 4-4.2, after which the coffee undergoes pulping and drying. The process involves initial fast drying, followed by intermittent sun and shade drying until reaching 11% moisture, before the coffee is finally stored.
