Las Flores in Acevedo, Huila is led by third generation producer Jhoan Vergara, whose process driven approach has established the farm among Colombia’s most progressive producers, abandoning conventional production entirely in pursuit of differentiation and quality.
This limited Tabi release undergoes controlled fermentation, thermal shock processing and precision drying to preserve clarity, aromatic complexity and structure from harvest to cup.
