This dual approach showcases the versatility and richness of a single harvest, allowing drinkers to explore how processing alone can shape the character of a coffee.
Daye Bensa, founded in 2006 and rooted in Shantawene Village, collaborates with local farmers to cultivate cherries from 1,900 to 2,400 meters, refining them at 15 washing stations across three districts. Their commitment to quality and community, recognized in accolades like the 7th place at the 2020 Cup of Excellence, extends beyond just farming. By experimenting with different processes, they invite coffee enthusiasts to experience the profound impact of method on flavour, offering a rare chance to taste the same origin in two distinct expressions.
