Today, Wilton has a processing plant in the Department of Cauca and two small farms (one in Cauca and the other in Risaralda). His farm meets high standards of quality and control and ethical practice.

Granja Paraíso 92 is a family farm that has different varieties such as Java, Bourbon(s), Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra, Typica, Tabi, Castillo and Colombia. They use highly innovative cultivation systems such as terraces and drip irrigation. It has its own laboratories to calculate all the details from shade to nutrition with scientific efficiency - all aimed at producing unique coffees and tasty coffees.

This lot of Typica beans undergo a unique, controlled washed process. Only the ripest cherries are handpicked, sorted for defects, and washed before an initial 12 to 24-hour fermentation to enhance sweetness. The fermentation process is refined using advanced biotechnology to ensure consistency and develop complex flavours. After fermentation, the beans are sun-dried under a parabolic canopy until they reach 10-11% moisture, preserving their delicate floral and fruity notes.

Typica, a celebrated coffee variety, is known for its vibrant acidity, floral aromatics, and balanced sweetness. The Typica from Granja Paraiso 92 delivers an elegant, complex cup, reflecting the farm's commitment to excellence and innovation.
